Clinical Content Consultants (CCC), in collaboration with the Memorial Hermann Office of Continuing Medical Education, has developed several Performance Improvement (PI) Continuing Medical Education (CME) modules for CQIC members.

To claim Category 1 CME Credits you must:

1 - Review the PI CME Presentation and/or Video for the designated module

2 - Download the corresponding PI CME Module Learning Logs to complete

3 - Successfully complete Stages A, B, C, and D

4 - Complete the corresponding PI CME Module Learning Logs

5 - Submit the PI CME Module Learning Logs to the address below
