Membership in the Clinical Quality Improvement Collaborative (CQIC) is by invitation only
Through ongoing education and training facilitated by CCC, member sites learn the principles and practical
implementation of Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI). Using best practices and workflow integration, sites learn
how to improve the quality of care provided to their patients while remaining effective advocates and providers
of healthcare. Currently, CQIC membership is reserved for users of Centricity Physician Office EMR.
Prerequisites for membership in CQIC include:
- paid software license & support for Centricity Physician Office EMR
- paid CCC Software license
- interest in using the EMR to improve quality & effectiveness of care
- willingness to participate in ongoing collaboration with other CQIC member sites
