Urinary Incontinence – PI CME Objectives
Target Audience: providers, support staff/care team, and patients
Eligible for up to 20 hours of Category 1 CME Credits by AMA
- Increase awareness of Providers and Patients of the evidence regarding risk factor identification, appropriate screening and early intervention, and a multidisciplinary plan of care to improve outcomes and quality of life in women with urinary incontinence.
- Embed actionable evidence-based point of care clinical decision support into patient-provider encounter to facilitate risk factor identification and appropriate screening for female urinary incontinence.
- Provide patient-specific education and goal summaries with each encounter.
- Facilitate improved patient outcomes, workflows, documentation, tracking, and reporting of outcomes.
