Request Access to Performance Improvement CME

Instructions:

• If you have a website username and password with access to the existing CQIC content, please login using the control at the top of the page before proceeding.


• If you do not have a CQIC User login, please complete the New CQIC Registration Request. Please allow up to 24 hours for the New Registration Request to be processed before requesting access to the Performance Improvement CME modules. You will receive an email after your login has been activated.


• Use the "Submit PI CME Request" button at the bottom of this page to request access to the PI CME presentations. Please allow a few minutes for your request to be processed, then you will be able to view the Performance Improvement CME presentations and videos.
